Well we all know about bad juju but what we do here is all good! As a matter of fact, this juju is so good that you will want it up and through your home. If you haven’t gotten it as yet, I’m talking about the Juju hat. This latest trend has been seen in many homes.
The origin of the Juju hat comes from the Bamileke, Tikar and Babanki tribes from Cameroon West Africa. The Juju hat was typically worn by royalty, chiefs or prominent members of society during royal affairs such as weddings or funerals. It is usually made out of ostrich feathers and has a prominent and an imperial look.
As you know in the 2015 decor and fashion trends post, we I spoke about the tribal look and this is right up that tribal alley. We have brought these juju’s to the home ladies and gents. I’m proud to show you how the Juju hat is being used in decor. This style is considered a little “old” now because it may have started last year but has gotten pretty popular as of late. Check out the different styles of the Juju hat!
I simply love the juju hat so much that I think I’m gonna DIY it, cause Lord knows that $600 dollar price tag is not going to cut it. So stay tuned as I may do a video on that for you!
Would you try the juju hat with me?
