I was looking at some items to spruce my dads place up so I asked him what’s on his “wanted” list and he says a black leather couch and a lazy boy! I tried to keep my poker face but I was screaming on the inside (NOT THE BLACK LEATHER COUCH NOT THE LAZY-BOY). Once we started going through his list I realized that this would be a great posts for my fellow bachelors that have their own place and wants the comfort but needs a bit of style added to it.
I’m here to say loud and proud that you DO NOT need a black leather couch to show your bachelorisms. So while doing some research for Dad, I picked and pulled some pics to let you know that there is simply no need to shop at those big furniture stores buy they ENTIRE set ie. love seat, sofa and armchair in order to make your place feel like home. You don’t even need to have a design background to make it look like you know what you’re doing.
Peep my pics and show me some of yours if you have any.
Union Jack can always add some color to a room especially a monochromatic theme such as this, you can’t go wrong on color.
This is for the tailored man that likes colors and can’t deny the leather. Get an accent wall in a saturated color and add some frames with things that inspire you
This is the ideal space for a bachelor, it doesn’t scream I’M A MAN, but its pretty subtle and has a warm touch to it. So it won’t scare off any potential A-Hem partners
This ultra masculine wallpaper, linens and rugs are a great way to incorporate a manly look
The best room EVER! I wouldn’t mind living in something like this. It works for him as well as her.
Comfort comfort comfort…. these chairs and the arrangements can once again work for him and her
Do I need to say or post anymore!! This room speaks volumes and has so much personality
